Call for Questions: Melatonin for kids

7/22/2014

It has been way too long since I posted a detailed drug review. As lovely as I find them, I know my opinions are not nearly as valuable as real information. With that in mind, I'm writing up a post on using melatonin in kids and wondered if anyone had any specific questions/concerns on that topic. If you do--please comment here and I will be sure to address them!

Is it different in adults than children? I tried it a couple of times to help me sleep, but I had the weirdest dreams ever, which for me means Weirdest Dreams Ever. If I gave it more time, would it eventually help me sleep better without scaring the heck out of me?

Su--it is pretty similar in adults and children. I will check for more details on the "weird dreams" side effect and it will definitely be included in the post.
